Paper industry

The main raw materials for papermaking are fiber-containing plants. First, they need to be chopped up, then subjected to high-temperature steaming with high-concentration alkaline water. Additionally, they have to go through mechanical processes such as CX screens, high-frequency vibrating screens, pulp washing machines, and filter presses to remove the alkaline water contained in the original pulp, and so on. Among the core equipment such as pressure screens and pulp pumps in this series of technological processes, the machines are included.

Facing increasingly severe environmental issues such as air pollution control, many paper mills have put desulfurization devices into use. 90% of the side-inlet agitators in their absorption towers rely on imports, and the subsequent spare parts bring high costs and long delivery times to enterprises in terms of both cost and delivery time. The maturity of domestic agitators and the corresponding sealing devices are of vital importance.
