The company is a high-tech enterprise with a provincial-level enterprise technology center. It is also a key member of the Sichuan Province Pump Industry Collaborative Innovation Center and has established strategic cooperative relations with institutions such as Xihua University and the Zigong Innovation Center of Zhejiang University.

The company's technology center consists of professional departments such as the Water Pump Research Institute, Process Equipment Room, and Materials Research Room. Currently, five specialized R&D teams have been established, namely slurry pumps, chemical pumps, circulating pumps, turbine pumps, and propellers. The chief engineer responsibility system is fully implemented, and there is no upper limit to the rewards for innovation achievements. Adhering to the principle of refined design, the company adopts CFD fluid mechanics professional internal flow field analysis. Based on the medium working conditions and process system operation conditions of the customers, it optimizes the hydraulic and structural design to reduce equipment operation loss, thereby achieving the optimization of the comprehensive benefits of the customers.
