A thermal power plant, abbreviated as a thermal power plant, is a factory that uses combustible materials (such as coal) as fuel to produce electricity. They all generate electricity by taking advantage of the pressure drop during the process where high-temperature and high-pressure steam or gas is transformed into low-pressure air or condensate water through a turbine.
Facing increasingly severe environmental problems, such as air pollution control, many thermal power plants have put desulfurization devices into use. Among them, the absorption tower slurry circulation pump, as the core equipment, needs to withstand long-term load operation and corrosion and cavitation caused by materials.
